Bringing together art, movement, healing, and community for a full day on the land at Roots Farm & Retreat.
Presented by Roots Farm & Retreat, Start Artz, and Soul Circus, this gathering invites guests to slow down, create, move, connect, and take part in a variety of creative and wellness-based offerings. The day will include medicreational art, belly dancing, sound bowl healing, a collaborative community mural, local vendors, and an open jam where guests are welcome to bring instruments and join in.
Hosted in the natural setting of Roots Farm & Retreat in Newington, Ontario, Art & Soul is designed to feel both grounding and alive: a space for self-expression, shared experience, and community connection. Come for a workshop, stay for the music, browse local vendors, contribute to the mural, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of the farm.
